School-Based Health Center at PS 51

NYU/Bellevue, in collaboration with the NYC Board of Education has a full-service pediatric primary care office on the 2nd floor of PS 51. The medical office is staffed by 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Pediatrician, and a Medical Assistant. The Office is open every day for appointments and walk-in visits from 8:30 AM until 4 PM. This health program works with students, parents and the children’s own health care providers to maintain health and prevent disease. We provide a variety of services including physical exams, immunizations, health screenings and health education programs. Please stop by to introduce yourself and meet our staff.
